Acacia Hospice Services NJ
The Acacia Hospice Services NJ Team provides the following services at home:
- On-call nurse available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- On-call hospice physician available for consultation and home visit as needed
- Pain and symptom management
- RNs certified in hospice and palliative care by NBCHPN
- RN wound care specialist
- Certified Home Health Aides
- All medications, medical equipment and supplies related to hospice diagnoses
- Training in family and caregiver skills specific to the patient's needs
- Special services for palliative measures based on individual assessment
- Respite care provided in beautiful private room in the Masonic Home
- Short-term inpatient care if symptoms become difficult to manage at home
- Short-term Continuous Care for acute symptom management
- Emotional, psychosocial and spiritual support
- Hospice trained volunteers to support caregivers
- Grief support groups, counseling and memorial services for families and loved ones.
