Gregory Busch, DO, MS, CMD

We are pleased to introduce Dr. Gregory Busch, Acacia Hospice Medical Director. Dr. Gregory Busch has been with Virtua for five years.  His current role at Virtua is Medical Director of Operations at Virtua Berlin and also head of Acute Care for the Elderly at Berlin and Mt. Holly.
Dr. Busch graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, (PCOM) in 1998 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.  His residency was completed in Family Medicine and he continued on to complete a two year Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.  Dr. Busch currently holds the status of adjunct geriatric faculty at PCOM and was a full-time faculty member at PCOM prior to his tenure at Virtua, Dr. Busch has earned the Certified Medical Director (C.M.D.) credential in long-term care.

In his role as Medical Director for the Acacia Hospice Services, Dr. Busch’s expertise and credentials in Hospice and Palliative Medicine will greatly benefit those patients and families we support out in the community and their physicians.
