Acacia Hospice provides in-home care to persons residing in Burlington, Camden and Mercer counties as well as assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities or hospitals.
We serve patients with a wide range of life-limiting illnesses including cancer, stroke, heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis and AIDS.
